Abstract Carcinoid tumor is the most common neoplasm of appendix. There no specific preoperative clinical presentation for appendiceal carcinoids. The usual as a classic acute appendicitis, but it can also be asymptomatic. Rarely are there symptoms carcinoid syndrome, which may include diarrhea, flushing, bronchoconstriction, and cardiac valve diseases, especially if liver metastasis. tumors commonly diagnosed retrospectively after histological examination resected Appendiceal carcinoids usually behave benign tumors, appendectomy alone sufficient treatment in majority cases, while larger lesions, right hemicolectomy should performed. prognosis patients with local excellent. present study reports case 16-year-old female patient that presented severe lower quadrant pain 2 days. underwent successful recovered days later.
